Now, all the information about orders and newcomers is available in mobile PUSH notifications and in the special section of mobile app. Install mobile app to see all notifications, obtain detailed information and get to details in the app at once.
PUSH Notifications of Faberlic Mobile App
The fastest way to obtain information on every order. All you need is to download our app and allow push notifications at its launch if your device uses iOS (push notifications for Android are allowed by default). If you have already installed the app, but you don't get push notifications, allow it in your phone's settings.
When changing order payment status or delivering order to CP, as well when registering a newcomer in your structure, you will get PUSH notifications with information clicking on which will get you to the necessary section at once.
Also, all notifications will be stored in a special section of app. Push the bell to learn about quantity of unread notifications.
Text Messages Limits Comparing to PUSH
Since every text message has charachters limit; it cannot be supplemented with additional information such as a link to order; PUSH notification does not have such limitations that's why it will contain all necessary information and links to orders or to sections of Personal profile for comfy navigation. Also, it's difficult to look for a specific text message in the archive of all messages of device, when in the app they are collected in one special section.
Further on, we plan to stop using text messages and completely switch to modern PUSH notifications channel.

The most complete information about your purchases is still in section My orders in your Personal profile. There, you can all information about composition of order, your order delivery information, order payment status and information about returns.
